Shipping & Policies


DOMESTIC US SHIPPING:

We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail to the address on file at checkout. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed, as items are print to order.
Delivery can take on average between 3-14 days after item(s) have been sent out, as processing times differ per your local post office.  

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. 
If you have an issue with receiving or not receiving your item, please contact USPS for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International packages will be shipped INT'L First Class or Priority mail, unless otherwise specified, & can take up to 6+ weeks to arrive.
Customs forms will never be falsified & items will never be marked as a "gift".
You are responsible for any and all customs fees &/or Value Added Tax that may apply to your order. 

EXCHANGES + RETURNS:  

We do not accept returns, exchanges only. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We only replace items if they are defective within 7 days of delivery, & are unwashed/unworn.
If you need to make an exchange please first send us an email at hello@arrowfolk.com then send your item to: 1565 3rd St NW Salem, OR 97304 after you receive a response.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Discounted items or items purchased with a promo code are not eligible.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your non-defective item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $40, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


*To avoid having to make an exchange, please contact us with any and all questions! Please also remember, most shirts are true to size, but because they are all 100% cotton or a cotton blend, allow for some slight shrinkage.
We do our best to ensure all items are what is pictured, but because our items are printed in small batches by hand, & not commercially, there may be slight differences in the prints and colors.

PRINT TO ORDER:

Approximate time frame for print to order items to ship is 2-3 weeks after your order has been placed.

If you purchase a ready-to-ship item along with a print to order item, your items will ship together once the print to order item is ready.
